Do you have a strong social media presence? The greater your Awareness and Findability scores, the more likely you are to make sales.

Reputation

This is really important. Once customers are aware of your business, they’ll look for reassurance that you provide a better level of service than your competitors. This may be in the form of online reviews or positive interactions on social media.

Conversion

When customers decide to use your services, you need to make the booking journey as simple as possible. Modern guests are busy people with a low tolerance for inefficient digital experiences. Failure here means all the hard work put into the previous steps is wasted.

Experience

When a customer visits your pub, restaurant or hotel, how smooth is their experience? Are your digital marketing efforts helping to improve their visit?

Advocacy

Word of mouth is still the number one way to persuade new guests to visit your pub, restaurant or hotel. Digital marketing can help to boost this. For example, are you following up with customers via email and asking them to leave a review on Google?
